Welcome to the Site. It is important to us that you are familiar with the Site’s Terms, which set out the terms of use, the Privacy Policy, and guidelines related to intellectual property.
Please read the Terms carefully – entering and browsing the Site constitutes agreement to its terms. If you do not agree with one of the clauses, we ask that you refrain from using the Site.
The Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but they apply to everyone.

7. The Site is hosted on a server secured by an external company. The site owner is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of external hacking of the Site, including, among other things, the distribution or sale of information as a result of hacking, corruption of information, infringement of copyright or other intellectual property, or any other damage caused as a result of sabotage of the Site and its contents.
8. The site owner is not responsible for the content of external advertisements (images/links) that may appear or be embedded in the Site, or for the content or information appearing on the sites that the links lead to. The site owner and anyone on its behalf do not supervise or check all of the content on linked sites.
9. If you come across an offensive advertisement/link, an offensive image, or one that leads to a site with offensive content that violates these Terms, please notify the site owner at the email address above and we will act to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
10. There may be errors or inaccuracies on the Site made in good faith, or situations where content in a publication is not up to date. The site owner will not be liable for any damage caused to a user as a result of relying on the content of a publication, and will not be held responsible for such reliance.
11. The site owner does its best to present the products and services through images. At the same time, there may be slight differences or inaccuracies, for example in color shades, between the products shown in the images and the products that are actually supplied. These differences result from good faith and/or from the way the product is displayed on a computer, and will not be considered a misrepresentation to the buyer. Images are shown for illustration purposes, and there may be slight differences in the exact size, color, or type of the product. Such slight differences will not be considered misleading or a misrepresentation by the site owner.
12. Force Majeure – in the event that the site owner is unable to fulfill one or more of its obligations to the user due to a force majeure event, the performance date will be postponed to another date, to be agreed between the parties. Force majeure in this agreement means: a security event, strike, natural disaster, epidemic, a large-scale disruption of communications infrastructure, or any other event outside the site owner’s control. If the site owner’s services cannot be postponed to an alternative date, this will not be considered a breach, and the user will not be entitled to raise any claim or demand against the site owner.
13. Limitation of the Site Owner’s Liability – in any case in which a competent authority determines by law that the site owner is liable to pay compensation, it is agreed that the site owner’s liability to the user and/or to any third party will be limited to no more than the consideration the site owner received from the user-buyer. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the site owner’s liability is limited to direct damages only, and will not apply to indirect damages such as loss of profit, harm to reputation, loss of customers, and the like.
14. Product Warranty – the company provides a warranty on products sold on the Site for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing or material defects only. The warranty will not apply in cases of unreasonable use, use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, natural wear and tear, damage caused by negligence, accidents, or repairs or modifications not carried out by the company or on its behalf.
15. If any jurisdiction does not allow the above exclusions or limitations, those exclusions and limitations will not apply in full, but only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Prohibition on Harming the Site
16. You may not take any action, directly or through a third party, that could harm the Site, its browsing availability, or the content displayed on it, or disrupt its operation. You may not use software code or any other electronic, digital, or automated action, including viruses, worms, or bots, for the purpose of harming the Site as described above.
17. You may not take any action that could disrupt or overload the proper operation of the site owner’s computers and servers.
18. You may not take any action that could delete, corrupt, or change the site owner’s information.

21. The site owner may, at its discretion, block or limit access of any user who has breached one or more of the provisions of these Terms. A user who has been blocked or whose access has been limited will not be entitled to any compensation or indemnification from the site owner.
8. User Responsibility
22. The user, and only the user, is responsible for any damage caused as a result of a breach of these Terms.
23. Without derogating from any other clause, the user will indemnify the site owner for any damage, financial or otherwise, and/or any claim or demand by any third party, resulting from any of the following: (1) a breach of one or more of these Terms; (2) use of the Site or its content not in accordance with these Terms; (3) infringement by the user of any third party right, including (but not limited to) intellectual property rights or the right to privacy; (4) any damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, caused to a third party in connection with the user’s use of the Site or its content. Without derogating from the above, the user will also bear legal expenses, attorney’s fees and other professional fees, and/or any other expenses related to the damage caused as a result of any of the above.
9. Updates and Changes
24. The site owner reserves the right to update the Site’s Terms from time to time as needed.
25. The site owner is not obligated to notify users of changes to the Terms; however, before making material changes, the site owner will publish a notice on the Site.
26. The changes will take effect from the time they are made or updated, and the new version will be the one that is binding on users.
10. Jurisdiction
The law applicable to any dispute or disagreement relating to these Terms will be Israeli law, and the exclusive local jurisdiction for any matter relating to these Terms will be the competent court in the city of Haifa.
